550 Hopewell Ave is located near the intersection of Hopewell Ave and Dufferin St. was a proposal for a mid-rise condominium. The design included an L-shape floor plan to span the corner of Dufferin and Hopewell. Each apartment would have a large window overlooking the busy street.
